Leah Williams
Artist Bio
Leah Williams is an artist, craftsman and homesteader whose work tells stories through multiple mediums, fiber, and the lived rhythms of her environment, farm, and animals. She creates art inspired by her own fiber animals and cultivates community through collaboration with other fiber farmers. Williams’ current work explores the relationship between past and present, agrarian life and contemporary fiber culture. Her charcoal portraits of fiber animals often center on breeds listed as rare or threatened, honoring both their histories and their continued presence in working landscapes.
