Submission Guidelines

All work must be your original creation.

AI-generated art is NOT ACCEPTED

No hate imagery, discrimination, or explicit graphic violence.

Artists must be 18 years and older.
Format Requirements

Upload clear, high-quality images (JPG or PNG) - any images that are very grainy, poorly lit, or not an appropriate angle for digital display, will automatically not qualify.

No watermarks; subtle artist signatures are acceptable.

Maximum size per file: 25 MB

Art Work
- For opaque images, use JPEG (.jpeg).

For transparent images, use PNG (.png).
-
Upload images with an RGB color profile - pictures in CMYK will not to work properly.

The maximum resolution is 2048 x 2048 pixels.

Larger images will be reduced automatically. It is preferable to resize the images beforehand for the best quality.

The maximum file size for images is 4 megabytes (MB).

Videos or Animation

Upload your videos in MP4 (.mp4) file format.

The maximum resolution is 2048 x 2048 pixels.

Videos cannot be reduced automatically, so upload them in the resolution you want them to appear. The maximum file size for videos is 50 megabytes (MB).

We recommend keeping the file size as low as possible to avoid long loading times.

Audio or Music

Upload your audio in MP3 (.mp3) file format.

You can have a global background audio atmosphere and additional unlimited audio objects as positional or ambient audio.

Copyright & Usage
By submitting, you grant Confluence Community temporary, non-exclusive permission to use your images for:

Exhibition presentation

Marketing, social media, and promotional materials related to the exhibition

Website galleries and publications
-
Event and campaign storytelling
Artists retain full ownership, credit is given and remains with the artist.
Selection Notice
Due to volume, we may not be able to offer individualized feedback to every applicant.
Selections are curated based on:

Alignment with the exhibition theme

Relevance to environmental, cultural, or community narratives

Diversity and representation goals

Visual cohesion for the final exhibition layout
