Coming Out for Love Art Exhibition

Thank you for your interest in being part of the Coming Out for Love global poster exhibition and celebration map! We’re building a worldwide show of love, inclusion, and LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and disabled visibility — and we’re honored to include your event.

Where will your event be held?

Format Requirements:

• Art Work

  • For opaque images, use JPEG (.jpeg). 

  • For transparent images, use PNG (.png). 

  • Upload images with an RGB color profile - pictures in CMYK will not to work properly.

  • The maximum resolution is 2048x2048 pixels. 

  • Larger images will be reduced automatically. It is preferable to resize the images beforehand for the best quality. 

  • The maximum file size for images is 4 megabytes (MB).

  • We would prefer social media size formats for images and videos: either 1080x1320px, or 1080x1920.

• Videos or Animation

  • Upload your videos in MP4 (.mp4) file format. 

  • The maximum resolution is 2048x2048 pixels. 

  • Videos cannot be reduced automatically, so upload them in the resolution you want them to appear. The maximum file size for videos is 50 megabytes (MB). 

  • We recommend keeping the file size as low as possible to avoid long loading times.

• Audio or Music

  • Upload your audio in MP3 (.mp3) file format.

  • You can have a global background audio atmosphere and additional unlimited audio objects as positional or ambient audio.

• Permission to post Event Posters on social media, our website and for press publication is automatically granted by an artist, organization, or business when you submit your work.

• Pieces may be chosen and published on our social media to promote the exhibition, and highlight Coming Out Day Celebrations. Please note that we will only be able to post some submissions on social media.

• All artists, organizations, or businesses that are selected agree for their work to be published in our printed poster catalogue for 2025.

• Submissions will be reviewed for alignment with our mission.

• If accepted, your poster will appear in the virtual gallery and the global celebration map with your event name and location.
