Martina Sestakova has a B.A. in communication from the University of Maryland. She has more than 9 years of experience in intercultural communications (in particular in multinational clinical trials) and has engaged in volunteering in a variety of healthcare settings. Martina holds an M.F.A. in fashion design from the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco. Currently, she is a wearable art designer who runs RADOST, LLC. Her textile designs are featured at the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington D.C. and other institutions and stores. In her art practice, Martina focuses on abstract art (acrylic inks on Yupo) and how it may convey life experiences in colors and textures. Martina leads no-experience-needed art workshops with focus on art history and a variety of art techniques.
