Arianne Cope is a fiber artist and painter living on a small fiber farm in the Missouri Ozarks. A survivor of human trafficking, her creative practice is deeply connected to healing, care, and reconnecting with the natural world. She raises sheep and angora rabbits for their wool, hand-spinning the fibers into yarn using a collection of antique spinning wheels for knitting and weaving.

Working closely with the land around her, Arianne also forages and grows plants used to naturally dye her wool. Her paintings often explore the entire sheep-to-sweater process, reflecting life on the farm, and the relationship between people, animals, and handmade craft. Through fiber art and painting, she hopes to offer other sheep and wool lovers, and anyone who may need it, a sense of gentleness, comfort, and healing through visual art.
