At Confluence Community, we’re reimagining leadership. Instead of a traditional top-down board structure, we embrace a collaborative model—one built on shared decision-making, creativity, and meaningful partnerships. We are not just building an organization, we’re experimenting with, and creating a new way of working together.
People thrive in spaces where they feel seen, valued, and empowered. Too often, traditional work structures limit creativity, prioritize profit over purpose, and leave little room for individuals to express themselves fully. We want to change that!
This is a space for collaboration over competition, creativity over conformity, and purpose over profit. We are reimagining what it means to work together by creating an inclusive, accessible, and growth-driven environment where every person has the chance to contribute in a way that feels meaningful to them.
We see people as creative individuals, not roles to be filled. Whether you are an artist, strategist, educator, storyteller, or advocate, your voice matters…
