Event Director

Role Overview: The Event Director is responsible for overseeing the overall planning, strategy, and success of events. This role ensures that the event aligns with the organization’s mission and objectives, while also providing leadership to the Event Planning Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops the vision and theme for the event.

• Works closely with the Event Planning Team to ensure smooth execution.

• Sets overall goals for the event, including participation targets, outcomes, and key messages.

Project Action Team

Role Overview: The Project Action Team plays a vital role in supporting the successful completion of individual projects within the Duclay Forest Garden District. Each team is made up of dedicated ambassadors who bring a variety of skills and expertise to ensure each project is executed efficiently and effectively. The team collaborates closely with the Project Leader to carry out the tasks necessary to achieve the project's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Task Execution: Carry out specific tasks as directed by the Project Leader, ensuring that each aspect of the project is completed on time and to a high standard.

• Skill Contribution: Bring individual skills and expertise to the project, whether in gardening, construction, communication, education, or other relevant areas.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to solve problems, share ideas, and ensure smooth project execution.
